Host Your Next Event at the Museum

The Florida Museum's Central Gallery, Galleria, Lucille T. Maloney Classroom and Butterfly Rainforest Gallery are available to individuals, corporations, community organizations, and University of Florida groups and organizations.

Full Museum (Three Hour Event)

Available for Private Events: After 5:30 p.m., Monday - Sunday.

University Affiliated Non-Profit/Non-University Private/Commercial
$1500 $2000 $2500

Clients choosing to rent the full museum will have access to the Central Gallery, Galleria and Butterfly Rainforest Gallery and will have equipment rental fees waived.



Central Gallery & Galleria (Three Hour Event)

Available for Private Events: After 5:30 p.m., Monday - Sunday.

University Affiliated Non-Profit/Non-University Private/Commercial
$700 $900 $1100

Equipment Rental is not included in Venue Rental Fee.



Butterfly Rainforest Gallery (Three Hour Event)

Available for Private Events: After 5:30 p.m., Monday - Sunday.

University Affiliated Non-Profit/Non-University Private/Commercial
$1200 $1400 $1600

Equipment Rental is not included in Venue Rental Fee.



Lucille T. Maloney Classroom (Lectures, Meetings and Workshops only)

Available for Private Events: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. (Please contact Event Staff to discuss further availability.)

Organized programming in public spaces, for the purposes beyond regular museum visitation, is not permitted by outside parties during regular museum hours.
